10/1/2008 - MONTGOMERY- State Finance Director Jim Main has named Elizabeth Allen director of the Department of Finance’s Personnel Division. The Personnel Division is responsible for managing all personnel functions for the Department, which currently employs more than 500 people in 12 divisions.
